Homeopathic Uses of Microsil
The following is a compendium of general suggestions that have been made by individuals who have used Microsil in treating themselves and/or others. It is important to note that these are case reports and not scientific double-blind randomized clinical trials conducted with large numbers of people. They do not pretend to be definitive, but may be suggestive. They do not pretend to apply to other silver solutions, but only to Microsil. The recommendations are not intended to be either exclusive or inviolable. It is important that one consult his or her health care professional in the context of any problems or treatments.
Abdominal Pain & Diarrhea
Take two teaspoons of 10ppm Microsil three times daily. Patients reported relief in as little as two to three hours with some taking as long as two days for relief.
Asthma
One of the most interesting reports coming from the study of Microsil is its effect on asthma. Several people have reported that the silver solution, taken orally, can stop asthma attacks. One individual who reported that he has suffered from asthma since he was five years old and had to take bronchodilators six times a day, said that he started taking the solution for a deep chest cough and was surprised when after about 10 days his asthma attacks completely ceased. He reported that he was taking two teaspoons of the solution every three to four hours during the day when the attacks stopped. He then stopped taking the solution to see if it was really Microsil that helped the asthma. The asthma recurred after three days. He then restarted taking Microsil and again the asthma got better. After taking the initial dose for about a month, he cut his use to two teaspoons in the morning and two at night. That was sufficient to prevent the recurrence of asthma attacks.
It has been suggested by a number of researchers that Microsil has important anti-inflammatory properties. This would explain the benefit of the silver solution in the treatment of asthma, which is caused by the inflammation of the bronchial tubes.
There is evidence that S. aureus can be a cause of asthma. It is also a cause of hard-to-treat skin infections in Japan. A Japanese firm tested Microsil on these skin infections and found it to be effective.
Bronchitis
Take two teaspoons of 10ppm Microsil three times daily Most people report feeling signs of recovery in about two days and report full recovery in less than a week.
Cold Sores
Saturate a cotton ball with Microsil and apply to lip. Keep the solution in contact with the sore for 5-20 minutes or more, the longer the better. Repeat two to three times per day It is most effective at the first sign of a cold sore. Under these conditions, the cold sore may never get to the blister stage, hut often disappears in one to four days, as opposed to weeks.
Common Colds
Microsil appears to be more effective as a prophylactic than as a cure for the common cold. On a daily basis, take one teaspoon of 10ppm Microsil twice daily. The product appears to shorten the recuperating period by days.
Cuts and Wounds
Microsil can be poured or sprayed directly in cuts and wounds as a wound wash and disinfectant. The product can also be poured or sprayed directly on the bandage and then applied to the wound for extended contact and disinfecting action. Many new and expensive bandages promote the natural antibacterial abilities of silver. By putting this product on the bandages, you can get the same great disinfecting action without having to pay the high prices for these commercial silver bandages.
Recent tests at the University of Utah showed Microsil to be more effective in healing porcine (pig) wounds than a product that is presently on the market. Microsil, even when applied topically, appeared to significantly enhance the immune response of the pigs.
Diabetic Neuropathy
Because of impaired circulation, it is common that diabetic cuts and scratches heal more slowly. Taking Microsil Silver Solution appears to shorten healing time and also to reduce pain in the extremities. Microsil 10ppm should be both taken internally (1-2 tsp per day) and the 22ppm Microsil Gel sprayed directly on affected areas two to three times daily.
Diaper and Other Rashes
For diaper rash, spray affected area with Microsil at each change of diaper. Leave wet and put on new diaper. For other skin irritation and rashes, spray affected area and leave wet for at least five minutes. Repeat two or three times per day. Expect improvement in most cases within 24 hours.
Flu
Take one tablespoon of Micros10ppm by mouth two to three times per day. Hold the solution in the mouth (gargle, if possible) for three to five minutes before swallowing. Provided one takes the silver at the onset of the flu, noticeable improvement has been reported in one to three days. If the flu has become entrenched in the body, improvement is slower. For that reason the silver may be more effectively used as a prophylactic (preventative).
Food Poisoning and Upset Stomach
Microsil has been proven to kill six types of bacteria that commonly cause food poisoning. Drink one ounce of Microsil 10ppm at onset. Positive results have been reported in as little as 10 minutes, and as long as three hours. Continue to take two to three teaspoons of Microsil 10ppm every four hours until the symptoms disappear.
Fungus Infections of the Feet
A well-regarded East Coast podiatrist treated one patient with mycotic toenails using Microsil 22ppm. The results were sufficiently impressive over a four-month period that he has begun treating others with Microsil 22ppm solution. File the shine off the toenail (to increase porosity) and then spray Microsil 22ppm directly on the infected toenail or apply the solution directly with a cotton ball. Repeat two or three times daily Good results have been noted in as little as 30-40 days which is about half the time required with the antibiotic often prescribed for this condition.
Hepatitis B & C
Microsil has been found highly effective in In vitro (test tube) tests at inhibiting the hepatitis virus. Several new studies are underway, in a number of different countries, to determine how much of the product is needed over what period of time to effect a treatment. In one case of Hepatitis C here in the US, a doctor was taking six teaspoons of Microsil 10ppm daily. In sixty days her viral load had dropped from over seventy-five million virus to thirty-five million—a decline of more than half her viral load in just 60 days. Other people have been reporting similar results.
Inflammation of the Joints
Laboratory personnel have noted that in addition to its ability to kill bacteria and inhibit the growth of yeasts, Microsil is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. Researchers have suggested that this may be one of the reasons that the pain from conditions like earaches and canker sores recede so quickly. In order to informally test this theory, one researcher donated a bottle of Microsil to a young woman suffering from fibromyalgia, which causes a painful swelling in the joints and also the muscle tissue. She reported that after using one teaspoon per day of Microsil for one week, she was able to reduce her joint pain medication by 90%. She claimed that almost all the swelling was gone from the joints and also that her energy level had dramatically improved.
Insect Bites
The supercharged silver appears to break down the protein poisons in these bites that are the cause of the pain and swelling. In keeping with this, excellent results have been reported using Microsil to alleviate the burning and itching of insect bites and stings. Relief from a multitude of different bug bites has been reported including, mosquitoes, spiders, hornets and even blue centipedes from Hawaii. Spray the affected area or pour on a gauze or cotton pad with Microsil 22ppm and hold the saturated pad on the affected area for 10-15 minutes, three times a day. Alleviation of pain and swelling has been reported in as little as 30 minutes.
Laryngitis
Spray on rear of throat and gargle with at least 1 tablespoon of Microsil 10ppm three to four times per day Expect relief in two to three days. If the laryngitis is accompanied by a sore throat, see the section on “sore throat” below.
Malaria
Malaria is the second leading cause of death by infection on the earth today Take two teaspoons of Microsil 10ppm three times daily Reports from four African Hospitals noted signs of recovery in about three days and full recovery in an average of just five days, with the longest cases taking seven days. Further testing of the patients blood showed no signs of the Malaria parasite present after treatment.
Mastitis
Nursing mothers may be hesitant to take antibiotics while nursing their babies. It has been reported that one teaspoon of Microsil 10ppm four times a day has cleared up mastitis in two days.
Molds
Microsil has been tested against black mold and has been shown to effectively kill it. Use the silver solution in a nebulizer for
5-10 minutes three or four times daily II you detect the mold growing in your house or office, spray the silver solution on the mold to thoroughly soak it. Tests showed that the product killed Black Mold in just minutes.
Periodontal Disease
Microsil has been used effectively for periodontal disease. Use about one ounce of Microsil 10ppm at least twice a day after brushing teeth. Also, soak Stimudents® in the silver solution and massage the gums between the teeth. Positive change should be noticed within two weeks.
Radiation Burns
Physicians at a large cancer clinic recently completed a burn study using 1,000 bottles of Microsil. Radiation is an important part of cancer treatment, and because that radiation causes burns, a study was completed using the product. Microsil 22ppm was sprayed on the burn area 3-6 times daily In the study, Microsil was found to first, deliver an instantaneous cooling effect that lasted several minutes when sprayed on the bum. Second, the product was found to promote much faster healing and recovery than was anticipated, about half the normal time. Also, when used prophylactically the product was found to delay the onset of radiation-induced epidermitis and mucusitis. In addition, the study reported that the product was found effective at treating other types of bums including chemotherapy and fire or heat induced bums. No adverse effects were found in the use of the product on the burns, in fact the doctor noted that, “two thirds of the patients rave about the product and ask for more as long as the problem for which it is given exists!” Because the product has been proven non-toxic in numerous tests, Microsil has a strategic advantage over other bum care products. It can be used orally to treat bums inside the mouth and throat where other products cannot be used. This information may become much more important with the threat of “dirty radiation bombs” and other homeland defense problems.
Sore Throat
Both the antibacterial and the anti-inflammatory properties of silver solution may play a role in its affect on sore throats. Take one to two tablespoons of Microsil 10ppm Microsil, gargle for four to five minutes, and swallow. Repeat two or three times per day. Reports indicate noticeable improvement within 12-48 hours.
Sunburn
Silver is the number one treatment for burns across the U.S. One Doctor has been using Microsil for over a year to treat radiation bums on his patients, and has reported outstanding results. Success has also been reported using the product for sunburn. Spray the affected area with the 22ppm silver solution, leave the solution wet on the skin until it dries. Repeat 2-3 times in the first 5-6 hours after occurrence. Relief has been reported in as little as 4-12 hours. Full recovery is often seen within three to four days.
Thrush
Place several drops of Microsil 10ppm in each side of the mouth four times a day. There are reports of this condition in a young child clearing up in two days.
Tonsillitis
Gargle with two teaspoons three times daily. Gargle as long as possible (3-4 minutes if possible) and then swallow. Most people report signs of recovery in about two days and full recovery in about seven days.
Tooth Decay and Pain
In laboratory tests Microsil has been proven to kill two of the primary bacteria implicated in tooth decay. Take one or two teaspoons, circulate the solution in your mouth for 4-5 minutes. Then swallow. This use of Microsil may also provide protection against infectious diseases. Many people have also reported a strong reduction of tooth pain when Microsil is swished around the mouth for 3-4 minutes, 3-4 times daily.
Upper Respiratory Tract Infections
Take two teaspoons of Microsil three times daily. Most people report feeling signs of recovery within three days with full recovery in about seven days. Applying the product via a nebulizer can put full strength product right in the lungs where it can kill the pathogen. Some people are reporting recovery in half the normal time. Using two teaspoons three times daily in the nebulizer, full recovery is being reported in as little as three days.
Urinary Tract Infection
A woman, who had a recurrent urinary tract infection for five years, reported that antibiotics would appear to kill the infection, but that it would reappear soon after she stopped taking the antibiotic. She took two teaspoons of Microsil a day for ten days and her doctor told her that the infection had cleared up completely In laboratory tests it has been shown that Microsil has been able to kill seven different types of bacteria that cause urinary tract infections.
Vaginal Yeast Infection
Take one teaspoon by mouth three times per day and use four to six teaspoons of Microsil in a six-ounce douche twice a day. Users have reported that infections have cleared up in as little as two days.
General Well-being
It is widely suspected that much of the time we feel run-down and tired, our malaise may well be caused by a low-grade infection. If we do not take care of ourselves in those circumstances, the infection often blossoms and we become really sick. Take one teaspoon of Microsil once or twice daily as a mineral supplement. Research by Viridis Biopharma and others have shown that this strengthens the immune system. At the very least, Microsil is a powerful prophylactic, killing harmful pathogens before they can become a threat to one’s health.
